You may browse this website and contact us through it for genuine business enquiries. Do not misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it runs, or sending automated or bulk submissions through our forms.

The content here is general information about our services. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice for your situation. Prices are starting points and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Example reports and figures are illustrative only. See our disclaimer.

Engaging our services

• No engagement exists until we have both agreed a written engagement letter setting out scope, fees and responsibilities.
• You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and records you give us, and for filing your tax returns unless your engagement says otherwise.
• Monthly services are month-to-month unless your engagement letter states a different term.

Access to our ERP at erp.4alphaconsultants.com is for clients and their authorised users only. Keep your login details confidential and tell us straight away if you think they have been compromised.

Intellectual property

The text, design and logo on this website belong to 4Alpha Consultants or are used with permission. Photographs are used under the licences listed on our photo credits page.

Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
