01Do you only work with businesses in these four regions?
Those are the regions where we keep local tax expertise in-house: the US and Canada, the GCC, the UK and Ireland, and Australia and New Zealand. If you trade elsewhere, ask us.
02Are you an accounting or CPA firm?
We are a bookkeeping and business-systems firm. We keep your books and prepare tax working papers; statutory audits, tax returns and formal tax advice are handled by your accountant, CPA or registered agent, or a licensed partner we can introduce.
03How do your prices work?
A fixed monthly fee based on transaction volume and complexity, quoted in your currency after the intro call. Catch-up and clean-up work is quoted separately as a one-off.
04Can you implement an ERP without taking on bookkeeping?
Yes. ERP implementation, migration and hosting can be bought on their own. Most clients add bookkeeping later so their books live in the same system.
05Who owns the data in the ERP you host?
You do. You can export all of it at any time, including when you leave.
06How do you report on marketing?
Every month we show spend, leads, customers won and the revenue those customers produced, taken from your invoices rather than from ad-platform estimates.
