Why outsource
One bookkeeper who knows your business and your tax rules
You deal with the same person every month, and a reviewer checks their close before it reaches you. It costs less than a part-time hire, you don't need to train anyone, and it carries on when someone goes on leave.
- Works inside the software you already use
- Answers your questions in plain language
- Keeps receivables and payables current
- Hands your accountant a clean year-end file
Services

FAQ
Bookkeeping questions, answered
Not covered here? Ask us directly or see all questions.
01What does a bookkeeper actually do for my business?
We record every transaction, reconcile your bank and card accounts, manage bills and invoices, and deliver monthly financial statements, so you always know where you stand and your accountant gets clean books at year end.
02How much does outsourced bookkeeping cost?
It depends on transaction volume and complexity. Most small businesses fit our Starter or Growth plans; see the pricing section for starting prices in your currency. We confirm a fixed monthly fee after the intro call, with no surprises.
03Which software do you work with?
QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, MYOB, Sage, FreeAgent, Odoo and our own 4Alpha ERP. If you're not on any system yet, we'll recommend and set up the right one for your region.
04My books are behind. Do I need to clean them up first?
No. Catch-up and clean-up work is something we do every week. We'll scope it on the intro call and bring your books current before regular monthly service starts.
05Will I work with the same bookkeeper every month?
Yes. You get one dedicated bookkeeper who learns your business, backed by a reviewer who checks every month-end close.
06How much of my time will this take?
Usually 15–30 minutes a month: answering a few transaction questions and reviewing your reports. Everything else runs through read-only bank feeds and a shared document inbox.
